As regards its reform, the field of education is the most basic, as the age in which we live has, at this moment, begun to 'reap' all the changes which have occurred in the education systems, mainly after the Second World War through the influence exerted by international organisations and educational missions in all the countries which have entered upon the process of liberation or of independence and development, after the ending of colonialism. We are beginning, in essence, to measure how successful this world-wide undertaking of concerted education and interaction within the framework of the international community has been.
